Dedicated public health professional with over six years experience in result-based management for health programs at national and international levels; have contributed to strengthening community based health system and programs in Haiti serving as Health Delegate for the Norwegian Red Cross.

A registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Masters in Public Health from Cuttington University and has participated and acquired international capacity building opportunities and certificates in Program Planning and Result Based Management, Sexual and Reproductive Health Intervention for Crisis and Post Crisis Settings, Public Health in Emergency, Behaviour Change Communications for HIV, Malaria and Tuberculosis, Community Based Health and First Aid Program and Financial Management for NGOs among others. She served in many capacities including Senior Malaria Officer and Health Coordinator at the Liberian Red Cross, Community Outreach Coordinator at the International Medical Corps and Health Delegate (advisor) at the Norwegian Red Cross both in Haiti.

She is result-driven, astute public health practitioner with a proven ability to lead, manage and coordinate integrated health related programs. She is a dynamic, innovative young woman with skills in negotiation, networking, teambuilding, supervising, coaching and facilitation. She has passion for capacity building and working with under privilege communities.

She has proven ability to lead and exceed organization goals in extreme settings. With these national and international exposures she has return home and seeking to contribute toward strengthening the Liberia’s healthcare system through the Public Health Initiative Liberia, which she founded and now serving as the Executive Director.
